Junior Staff Fees

The CYC 2010 staff fees are as follows: $545 for SITs, $465 for CITs, and $100 for Senior Counselors. Staff spouses and staff brats pay $175 each. All staff fees must be paid to Debbie Sousa by Saturday, August 7th.

Any CYC staff age 18 and OVER must complete the CYC Staff/Faculty Medical Form located below. Please bring your completed staff medical form with you to CYC. Any junior staff UNDER 18 must complete the Camper Health Form.

Expense Reports

Staff sometimes spend their own money for approved CYC expenses, and are then reimbursed after submitting a completed expense report form with receipts attached. If you need the form you may download and print it below. Please give the completed expense report with receipts attached to the Dean (during Conference) or the Planning Chair (during the rest of the year).

Please sign your name at the top of the form, and fill out your name, date of birth, social security number, and address. Do NOT fill out REQUESTED BY and the CHSB USE ONLY section.
