CYC will make every effort to ensure that each camper is able to attend CYC
regardless of his/her financial situation. To that end, CYC offers financial
assistance but encourages campers to first explore a variety of other financial
resources.
There are many ways to get scholarship help. The best source may be your church.
Many churches will provide scholarship help for people from the church community
to attend camps and conferences.
Those considering attending CYC may want to consider the following potential
financial resources:
- Your home church
- Your home church's association (consult your pastor)
- The Robert E. & Shirley Baggs Scholarship (see the CYC scholarship form)
- American Baptist Women
- American Baptist Women of Massachusetts (for both male and female campers; check with your pastor or to the president of the American Baptist Women's Group.)
- G.O.S.H. (Grotonwood Oceanwood Supporters and Helpers)
- Lion's club
- Kiwanis club
- Rotary club
Attention all Boston-based youth: Thanks to a special fund, any participant who lives or attends church in the city of Boston can attend CYC for free. This offer remains active while funds last so register today!
We do offer limited direct financial assistance to those who apply, and qualify, for that resource.
To apply for a scholarship directly from CYC, please download an application form below.
Please note that both the CYC Scholarship and the Robert E. & Shirley Baggs scholarship
(included in the CYC scholarship application form) have an application deadline of July 1st.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
